What a beautiful boat! I spent a week aboard the French Maid and had a ball! First, I highly recommend the larger grocery store that's a little farther. It has all the typical things you'd find
in a U.S. store. The smaller closer store has small sized of things like dish soap, etc., but forget about buying meat and fresh produce there. I actually baked a cake in the oven (I found that "6"
on the dial was about 350 degrees.) We barbecued chicken and I steamed fresh broccoli and made German fried potatoes. Spaghetti was easy, there's even a strainer on board. I froze some to have later
in the week even though there are two refrigerators on board.
The air conditioning made sleeping so comfortable, and even with my creaky back the beds were great. I took some DVD's and even though there are some on board, it was fun to watch a movie while
we ate. There was plenty of water aboard for showers and dishes. My husband drank the water from the tap, while I drank bottled water.
So many gorgeous islands, great snorkeling, especially at Norman Island. The bubbly pool was fun and relaxing. I really hated to come back home to reality, but we'll definitely be coming back!
Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
